Walk Day 5
Day five of my walk is mostly being spent in the Kidderminster and Stourport Circuit after leaving the Vale of Stour Circuit this morning, the photo above shows me with Revd’s Phil Hoar and Nick Collison at Foley Park Methodist Church.
Over the weekend of 14-16 November 3Generate took place in Cleobury Mortimer. 3Generate is The Methodist Church’s national conference for children and young people. This weekend offered me the chance to take a break from my current 162 mile walk and share some time with the future of the church.

Madley Methodist Church
I was preaching on 9th November at Madley the oldest Methodist Church in the District – perhaps in the country. It began life as a farm building in about 1600. It has been used as a Methodist Church for about 150 years.
I have spent 6 days in Shetland speaking about Israel/Palestine the BDS study guide commended to the churches by Conference and leading worship. It was good fellowship with Methodists in Shetland.
MWiB Caste Out Conference
On Saturday 18th October Methodist Women in Britain held a conference at Codsall Methodist Church in the Wolverhampton Circuit on the subject of Dalit Solidarity. A good number of people were present and an informative day was had.
